Peak Ten is currently managing construction of a 22,000 square foot, four-level luxury mountain residence in Summit County, Colorado. The home sits on a dramatic hillside site overlooking the high country, designed by Cimarron Architecture out of Golden, CO. Senior Project Manager Doug Smith oversees office-side coordination while Head GC Torrey Vytlacil manages field operations -- the same leadership team trusted with Peak Ten's largest commercial projects. The build demonstrates Peak Ten's ability to apply rigorous commercial project controls to a bespoke residential setting: detailed budget tracking, milestone scheduling, subcontractor vetting, monthly progress reporting, and daily job logs. With IBC/IRC Class B Certification and strict OSHA compliance on every job site, safety and code adherence are never compromised -- even in a remote mountain construction environment.
